There is news in Tamil film industry that Raadan Media works chief and actress Radhika Sarathkumar going to remake Veerapandiya Kattabomman with his husband Sarathkumar. Radhika already produced Jaggubhai with Sarathkumar, Shriya Saran and Goundamani as lead roles. Jaggubhai will be release in December 2009. Veerapandiya Kattabomman is one of the blockbuster Tamil movies by late Shivaji Ganesan. Veerapandiya kattabomman lived in 17 th century, Shivaji Ganesan performance in this movie makes people mind that whenever they think about Kattabomman Shivaji Ganesan face in that movie is coming into their mind.
