No Patience yields Sonia Agarwal and Selva divorce

Once upon a time we believed that Wives are young men's mistresses, companions for middle age, and old men's nurses. But now-a-days things are happening like flash. Before we grasp the news about the marriage of a couple, their divorce news follows. If the couple is related to film industry, this love marriage and divorce game is very common. One of the great reasons why so many husbands and wives make shipwreck of their lives together is because a man is always seeking for happiness, while a woman is on a perpetual still hunt for trouble.

The hot news in Kollywood is Director Selvaragavan and his wife Sonia Agarwal mutually applied for divorce in the family court recently. Selvaragavan introduced Punjabi beauty Sonia Agarwal in the film ‘Kadhal Konden’ in 2003 and they married on 15th December 2006. Things were going smoothly till Selvaragavan starting his mega project ‘Aayirathil Oruvan’. Selvaragavan spent almost 2 years with Aayirathil Oruvan team. During the shooting, it was gossiped that both Selvaragavan and Andrea, one of the two heroines in the film, have become very intimate and they are sharing the same Caravan.

Sonia took the news lightly in the beginning. But when the news came through a reliable source, Sonia went to the shooting spot and caught them red-handed. She severely scolded Andrea and slapped in her face. (Selvaragavan brother Danush wife Ishwarya rajinikanth worked as Asst. Director – who gave all reliable news to Sonia Agarwal). Thereafter she quitted from Selvaragavan’s Alwarpet house and resided with her brother in Thiagarayar Nagar flat. She also acted in a TV serial ‘Naanal’ under the production of Kushboo in Kalaignar TV. Compromise endeavours made resulted in vain and they both jointly applied for divorce. The court has adjourned the case for 6 months and the case will again come for hearing on 12th February 2010. English playwright and poet Christopher Marlowe said “It lies not in our power to love or hate, For will in us is overruled by fate”
