The major highlight of the film will be a scene in which glamorous Namitha harvests pearls underwater. The underwater sequence is shot between Raja and Namitha who have been given special training for this sequence. Namitha says “when my director suggested to me to go to the gym for reducing my weight, I rather preferred learning Scuba Diving which later helped me a lot in the shooting of my film Jaganmohini. My director was so happy with my new looks and my talent in diving. My talent in underwater diving came to my help in the climax scenes. When my director along with others starts appreciating me, for my effort and new looks, frankly speaking I am overwhelmed with joy and happiness”. Jaganmohini is expected to release during the last week of June.

Namitha says that producers, directors and her fans won’t allow her to wear sarees. She said that, “I feel happy and more comfortable when I wear low necks and middies, because I can move freely in such dresses, and can reveal myself fully to feast the eyes of my fans. When, I am asked to wear a two piece costume in the very beginning of my film career, I wept for a long time in my make-up room. But, when the Director of the film patiently explained how important it is, I realized the situation and finished the shots wearing a two piece costume, feeling as if I am nakedly acting in front of cameras. But, the film is a big success and installed me as a goddess of glamour in many young hearts all over the Tamilnadu state. Then, I understood that wearing a bikini or that kind of dresses is a part of my profession and not an obligation. Today I am proud to say there are more than 2500 fan clubs for me in Tamilnadu, only because of my glamorous appearance. Even my fans planning to construct a temple for me, which is a rare honour to any heroine,’ Namitha says proudly.
