Malayalam based Tamil Actress Nayanthara got ban to act in Tamil cinema further. The surprise action is taken by Tamil Cinema producer’s council. This action is being implemented since Nayanthara never returned the advance amount got for Paiya. Director Lingusamy planned to take Paiya with Partuthi Veeran Karthi as hero and Nayanthara as heroine. There was one crore and twenty five lakhs rupees remunerations is agreed for Nayanthara and out of this amount twenty five lakhs gave as advance to her.

Since Hero Karthi was busy with Selvaragavan the longest production movie "Ayirathil Oruvan", He unable to give call sheet which the Paiya unit planned with Nayanthara Call sheet. After three months Karthi has been ready for Paiya but, the busiest actress Nayanthara become fed up as her three months call sheet is not utilized and she lost couple of chances in that duration time. Nayanthara denied returning back the advance and Lingusamy brother producer Subash Chandra Bose file complaint against her in Tamil Cinema producers council to get back the advance amount which already gave to her.

Lingusamy finalizing Tamannah as heroine for Karthi and Paiya shooting is going on. Producers Council now wakes up and announces the Ban on Nayanthara. Tamil Cinema Producers Council suggests other language producer’s council to implement the Ban on their movies too. Nayanthara earning for one hour 10 lakhs, but she is still very conscious in 25 lakhs rupees. Usually Malayalam actresses are too smart and smartness is not always succeeded.
