Pongal gives sweet to Dhanush and Sambar for Vijay
Pongal - The Tamils festival usually has more movies release. But 2009 Pongal only three movies were released that Ayngaran International produced Prabudeva directed and Vijay starred Villu, Sun Pictures Padikkathavan and Raj TV produced Kadhalna SUmma Illai. In this Kadhalna Summa Illai is not in the race because of it is the Telugu dubbing movie.
Ayngaran International already got very good flop by Prabudeva brother Raju Sundaram direction debuted “Eagan”. Villu has more expectations because of Prabudeva who already gave one hot rick victory of Pokkiri. Prabudeva says Villu is first James Bond movie in Tamil because it has lot of chasing and fight scenes. Usually directors are building up their movie like this and Prabudeva is not exception in this list. I think because of Villu - Heroine Nayanthara shows glamour like James Bond movie heroine, He could give like these statement. But, the review and results of Villu is disappointing as Vijay fans too not happy of stereo type acting of Vijay and they are not happy of Vadivelu comedy too.
Padikkathavan - The Danush and Tamannah combination gave awe-inspiring feedback from viewers. Padikkathavan backed by Sun Pictures and its marketing reach make even normal movie too became super hit movie. There is review about Padikkathavan that Director Suraj worked lot to get speed screenplay and every aspect it is giving sweet to viewers. Danush acting, Tamannah acting plus Glamour and Vivek comedy everything is giving sweet pongal to vidwers.
