But, finally Nayanthara was confirmed and Now Aegan has released on Diwali and it has been running houseful shows in all centers. In meanwhile Aegan facing the court case now. In Kerala Trivandrum additional chief judicial magistrate court ordered an enquiry against Nayanthara, Aegan producer, director for exposing obscene posters of this movie. The verdict of the court based on a complaint filed by advocate Mr. Nagaraj. The petition said that Aegan movie has forgotten the basis rules of the society and the movie is purely for making money.

Nayanthara said she doesn’t know about this case when media persons asked about her comments. She said there is much difference between glamour and Vulgarity. She is showing only glamour that is required and censor board has some rigid regulations if they feel it is vulgar then they will cut that scenes. But somebody doesn't know this difference and they are filed the case. Nayanthara asserted she is going to continue show the glamour in forthcoming movies too.
