Sometimes ago the televisions in Tamil Nadu were set ablaze with the popular show called Neengalum Vellalam Oru Kodi. The show was aired in Vijay TV network, with the Tamil cinema lead actor Surya hosting the show in the first season of Tamil version. The show is acknowledge worldwide in both English and Hindi versions, where the Hindi version is very popular with the yesteryear Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan doing the job of hosting. The makers of the very popular TV show are now looking up to air the second edition of the Tamil version!

The buzz regarding this show is that, according to the reports from the reliable source close to the show makers, it seems actor Surya is busy and hence not interested to host the TV show again for the second edition. Hence, the show makers started looking for some other popular face in Tamil Nadu with good reputation from the Tamil cinema lovers. Some names like Vikram and so on were in consideration, but the big names did not turn up as expected, many lead actors are thinking that hosting a TV show might reduce their big screen image.

The makers however are now over with their search for the host, and have ended up roping in the actor Prakash Raj to conduct the show. The actor was not available for confirmation but his wife Pony Verma has told the media her husband was contacted by the Neengalum Vellalam Oru Kodi show makers. She added that she is in no position to reveal anything as the decision has to be made still by Prakash Raj. However, the sources claim that he is almost certain to host the show and the official announcement would be made next month.
